American Beerworks! Fine Craft Breweries

Who We Are

Our founders, Carey, Bob and Mitch possess a deep appreciation for brewing high quality, small batch, hand crafted beers using old world brewing traditions. We have an unwavering focus on innovation, quality, sustainability and a relentless pursuit of perfection to craft bold, flavorful beers that are the finest in the world.

Our founders are passionate beer lovers, brewers and share a common vision of creating extraordinary craft breweries. Over the last several years, they travelled the globe visiting breweries and brewpubs to find the best that brewers had to offer. After much planning, they decided that it was the time to launch their own venture to bring their beer knowledge, brewing skills, and best practices gathered from some of the best beer cities in Europe and the U.S to form American Beerworks.

Guiding Principles

At American beer works we will never sacrifice quality. Our primary focus is to bring together quality people, equipment and ingredients to produce the highest quality beers.

Our goal is to be an industry respected and socially responsible craft brewer. We are starting as a small batch artisanal craft beer company and we will never lose our focus on what’s important, brewing great craft beer and being part of the craft community.

Customer Centricity:
At American Beerworks we all embrace a customer first attitude in everything we do. That includes not just our loyal beer drinkers, and retailer friends, but our supplier partners and the community in which we live, work and play. We strive to be environmentally sensitive, socially responsible and pillars of the community.

From brewing to marketing, we encourage our team to think outside the lines. Creativity encompasses brewing innovation of all types, styles, and ingredients. We always want our employees to think of innovative ideas to improve our processes and to be entrepreneurial in everything they do.

We believe in doing the right things, the right way, all the time. We strive to exemplify a sense of fairness and professionalism in dealing with our employees, customers, suppliers and industry counterparts.

We celebrate our success and focus on work-life balance. We work hard and play hard, never taking ourselves too seriously.
